Interlink Publishing, a Massachusetts-based independent publishing house, has collaborated with bestselling cookbook author, photographer, and food writer Barbara Abdeni Massaad (Man'oushe: Inside the Lebanese Street Corner Bakery)—together with nearly 80 acclaimed chefs—on a humanitarian cookbook project whose profits will be donated to the UN Refugee Agency UNHCR to provide urgently needed food relief for Syrian refugees.

Host a soup party in your home or office. At the party, sell or take orders for the Soup for Syria cookbook (download the US order form or Canada order form). And be sure to send us photos!
...school, library, or any other center you are affiliated with; tell them about the project; and encourage their involvement in the campaign and sales of the Soup for Syria cookbook.
Organize a benefit concert or event in your area. Tell the audience about the plight of the Syrian refugees and the Soup for Syria project, distribute flyers, and sell copies of the Soup for Syria cookbook.
